ONE Love

Before there was You AND I,

There was only ONE,

Everything was I AM,

To even think there were two,

Would have been too insane to comprehend,

But we were curious,

So we put on a costume,

And began to dream of a world full of duality,

The minute we separated from Source,

We felt weird sensations,

We learned that they were called fear, shame, guilt, loneliness, and lack,

As we drifted into deeper slumber,

We began to forget altogether what we truly are,

We began to think we were the costume,

In fact, now we were too frightened to take the costume off,

We became frightened of everything,

Heaven was exchanged for Hell,

Not of fires and red horns,

But Hell was created in our mind,

It was the separation we think we have with God,

So we began to go through Life living it how everyone else did,

Incessant worry, stress, fear, guilt, and loneliness filled our days,

Always chasing after LOVE, but resisting and fearing it,

Never being satisfied in this moment,

Time traveling to an illusion of a past and future,

Grasping, holding, resisting rather than flowing, allowing, and BEING,

Ignoring that silent call HOME that we feel in our heart,

Wanting to hide behind conformity,

No more playing, no more loving, no more unity,

Hating ourselves for choosing Hell over Heaven by hating him and her and them,

Crucifying ourselves for choosing separation over LOVE by crucifying her, him, and them,

Forgetting that we are brothers and sisters,

Forgetting that they are only wearing a costume like us,

And if we were to look past the costume,

We would see ourSelves,

When we forgive everything we hate in us,

Then we will remember when we are attacking, hating, killing, and abusing,

Someone else that,

I am attacking me,
